Having successfully built two homes of my own, Construction Project Management is something I am intimately familiar with.
Believe me, there is not that much support out there for owner / builders. For that matter, there is not that much support available to anyone to teach them the ins and outs of construction project management. An owner / builder is someone who either does all the actual work themselves to build their home, or “acts” as a GC and hires out sub contractors.
