VERY well done and well said!! I haven’t been to your site in quite a while ; obviously I should have. I really enjoyed your Process and Contact pages. I thought I was the only VA who thought like this – it’s nice to have company. I am in the process of updating our site (Thank God!) and would like to have something like your two pages but did not want to be guilty of copying. They wouldn’t be identical but I have some of your same thoughts/ideas in my head. Also, regarding this article, could you send it to me PDF with your bio on the bottom or something giving you credit because I would like to use it. It is something that needs to be said to the business community and now thankfully I have one less thing to write.
